Privacy information
This page explains how data is handled when you visit farlumdata.com or contact Farlum Data.
Contact
For questions about your data or to exercise your rights, email info@farlumdata.com.
Enquiries and information you provide
The form collects your name, email address, optional organisation, project type and message. We use this information to reply and, if requested, prepare a proposal. We do not use it to subscribe you to marketing. Do not send patient or participant data or confidential study information.
Purpose and legal basis
Requests for quotes and services are handled to take pre-contractual steps at your request. Other professional enquiries are handled on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding; you may object where applicable.
Services involved
The website is hosted by Amazon Web Services in Ireland. The form uses Brevo to send your enquiry; ImprovMX forwards it to the Gmail inbox used by Farlum Data. These services process the data needed to provide their service. The website also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which shares your IP address and technical connection data with Google. Hosting in Ireland does not mean all these providers process data exclusively in the EU.
Retention
Enquiries are retained as needed to handle the conversation or proposal and, where applicable, meet legal obligations or address potential claims. The form does not create a separate enquiry database: messages are handled by email.
Analytics and browser storage
The website does not include Google Analytics or use analytics or advertising cookies. If you visited an earlier version, your browser may retain old Analytics cookies or a consent preference; the current website no longer uses them. You can remove them in your browser settings.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability where applicable by emailing info@farlumdata.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
